What Are The Chances That I Have Mental Disorders?

I have been diagnosed with ADHD and an unspecific anxiety disorder. Also, possible OCPD and minor bipolar tendencies. I was put on 40mg of Adderall and 20mg of Celexa. I spent about a weekend fixated on psychological disorders and think I have ADHD, AvPD, OCPD, SAD (social anxiety disorder), and/or GAD. My doctor said I was lucky to not suffer from any major depressive symptoms since they are co-morbid. I feel like a hypochondriac so what are the chances that I have these disorders?
