hello Dr my name is sondra and a recently just had a romantic night with my boyfriend, but we didn t have sex and now i fear that i might be pregnant and i don t know what to do because i felt something come out from his penis and i don t know if it was sperm or not and so i am wondering what is a safe way to lose a baby without getting an abortion because my boyfriend and I are not ready to have a baby yet we are both young and we are both in high school please doctor give us an answer

I have gone through your question and I understood your problem.
There cant be a pregnancy without penetration but theory says even a single sperm can cause pregnancy so if you have delayed periods undergo urine pregnancy test or a sonography which will confirm whether you are pregnant or not.You have not mentined any dates so its very hard to tell u exactly but still you can opt for medical abortion if you diagnose pregnancy early but only under obstetricians guidence.Thank you
