Hello, you need to get your full work up done in the form of hormone profile and follicular study and induction of ovulation with the help of down regulation protocol. Hysterectomy is a very big decision and there are many other treatments available to treat abnormal uterine bleeding. But right now concentrate on pregnancy first.
