What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy After Taking Unwanted 72 Ipills?
Hi doctor.. I had unprotected sex on 23 of feb at 5am, also on 24, and took ipill on 25 at 12pm. I took the ipill in 54 hrs..That is within 72 hrs. But today on 27 feb early morning around 5.30am to 6am.. I am having a little bleeding. Again that is 2 days after taking ipill. M i pregnant ??m really tensed??

You have rightly taken the ipill within 72 hrs of teh intercourse and the bleeding that you are experiencing afetr 2 days is a definite withdrawl bleeding and if the flow increases further then it shall be confirmed. A withdrawal can start between 3- 7 post ipill intake and this presentation is completely normal. If the bleeding just lasts for a day and then stops then you may undertake a serum beta hcg test after 7 days to rule out pregnancy confirmatively.
