What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy After Taking Postinor2?

Please,i had sex with my girlfriend without protection but she took postinor2 after sex,but yet she s kinda been feeling weak and always sleeping and she s complaining of a sharp pain in her abdomen,she also missed her period while the pains where still there..could this be a sign of pregnancy??please help

I really appreciate your concern this may not be pregnancy but such condition is like double edge sword "Hormone medicine delay the menses as well as pregnancy" then the only option remains is ultrasonography, hope this information helps, take care.
