Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Removal of one tube and ovary reduces the chances of spontaneous pregnancy, and however, the chances are not zero.
If you are not able to conceive, then you and your partner should get evaluated for the cause of infertility and get appropriate treatment in form of I ovulation induction drugs, Intrauterine insemination, or in vitro fertilization, as required.
Hope you found the answer helpful .
Wishing you good health.
