What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy After Removing IUD?

My boyfriend and I tend to have a lot of sex. About 3-4 times a day. I was using an iud implant and it was removed today. The last time we had sex was about 2 days ago we didn t use any contraceptive other than the IUD. now my question is if the IUD was removed today and is there a chance that I might be pregnant?

Hi,
I understand your concern.
There are chances of ovulation after removal of IUD. Ovulation is about 14 days prior to expected day of coming period.
So risk of pregnancy is around your ovulation day... which will cyclically come after normal periods are resumed after IUD removal.The risk of pregnancy therefore depends on at which stage of cycle your IUD was removed. Usually it is removed just before after menses.. If that's the case with you you wont have risk of pregnancy immediately after the day of removing IUD.
