What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy After Intercourse On First Day Of Period?

Hi doc,
My GF and I had unprotected sex for the first time that is she was a virgin. After that she went to the washroom and she told me that that was a lot of bleeding through her vagina and she thought that her periods have also started. I guess it was her first day of period and she didn't accept having an emergency contraceptive pill. It has been around 24 hours since unprotected sex should she have an emergency contraceptive pill. Or she should not have it because it was the first day of her period and chances of getting pregnant at that time are almost 0%?

If it was first day of her period then there is no chance of pregnancy. Moreover she got her periods so no need to worry and no need to take emergency contraceptive pill.
