What are the chances of my Non-hodgkins anaplastic large cell lymphoma returning? If I had Non hodgkins anaplastic large cell lymphoma as a child and then a few years later smoked for a year and 3 months what is the likelihood of the old cancer returning or lung cancer?

NHL is something which is usually considered under the category of curable cancers. Smoking for just a year and 3 months does not put you at any extra risk of the NHL returning. The chances of relapse are low and if at all it relapses we can just call it your bad luck.
