Hey. So lately I've had dry humping with my boyfriend. i was wearing panties and tight leggings while he was wearing boxers and sweatpants. He said that his boxers were wet but not his sweatpants. Can sperm travel through those clothes? Is there any chance i could be pregnant?

I understand your concern.
Sperms can move on their own & travel in female genital tract to reach mature ovum & fertilize it. BUT it needs a fluid medium to travel through- which is present in semen in form of seminal .fluid secreted by male gonad.
The seminal fluid is soaked in clothes, so sperms can not travel through clothes & there is no chance of pregnancy.
