What Are The Chances Of Getting Pregnant Without Ejaculation?
HI my name is Maria and i had unprotected sex about two weeks ago. He only put his penis inside me about 7 times and did NOT finish. I have irregular periods and now my breasts are sore but this happens every time before my period. Today when i went to the bathroom i noticed very light blood on the toilet paper. Could this be my period or am i pregnant?

General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi, Thanks for the query. I understand your concern. As you say your periods are already irregular, you also mostly have breast signs premenstrually---HE also has withdrawn before ejaculation..... the only doubt remains is about the sex.& probability of sperms entering vagina to cause pregnancy.. Even though there was no ejaculation in vagina, precum that is discharged following sexual stimulation( before ejaculation) also carries sufficient number of sperms to cause conception. So if the sex was around your ovulation, there is chance of pregnancy-& the slight bleeding may be due to implantation. The only way to exclude/diagnose pregnancy is - - wait & observe bleeding for it's normality, - get blood HCG test ( now) / urine pregnancy test After 8-10 days).. if the bleeding is scanty( likely to be implantation bleeding).. This will help in excluding/confirming the conception. Thanks.
