Welcome to HCM.
Endometrial thickness is good but what about ovulation...?
Is there follicle ruptured or not....?Follicle rupture is very important to get conceive.and also succesful intercourse at that time. Hormonal treatment is required for suppliment to maintain the uterine environment and fertilisation.
Better you ask your doctor for further guidance.
