What are the chances of getting infected by herpes virus after having oral sex and unprotected sex with many partners?

Hi long story short I ve had unprotected sex with many girls. I ve had hsv 1 before having sex for the first time, this is the first time I gave it to someone on there genitals. I had no idea I could do that because I only have a cold sore once every 3 years and I had one at the time. After I was done giving her oral I had unprotected sex with her. I feel terrible about it but had no idea I could spread it that way. She had an out break on her genitals from hsv 1 and in afraid I could have put myself at risk of it growing on my genitals as well. What s the likely hood my antibodys will protect me from getting it on my genitals? Could I have it down there and not know? What s the likely hood of me getting hsv 2 sense I already have hsv 1?

Once you get HSV 1 is a life long infection, and you get a recurrent infection on and off where it's once a year for you.

Having orogenetic contact can spread HSV 1 to the genital region and cause symptoms of HSV.

You need to have a new contact to have HSV2 infection. till then you are a carrier for HSV 1.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
