Hello Sanjib roy
Any way, read this and you will get the answer:
Assumed that the vaginal sex was fully PROTECTED and it was oral sex without protection .
There was not any other from of sex:
Oral sex is a much less efficient mode of transmission of HIV infection.A number of studies have reported that the incidence of transmission by oral sex among couples discordant for HIV was extremely low;indeed one study reported no cases among 239 men whose only risk was receptive oral intercourse where 28% knew that their partner was HIV-infected ( you didn't know the status of that girl so it is one more safe point).
Although HIV can be isolated typically in low titers from saliva of a small proportion of infected individuals but there is NO CONVINCING EVIDENCE that saliva can transmit HIV infection by oral sex.
Hope this will help you.
Pharyngitis may be due to upper respiratory infection or other infection ( sore throat).
In my opinion there is no chance of getting HIV infection by you.
