Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.

As you might be aware that in a woman with regular cycle ovulation takes place about 14 days before the onset of menses.
If you have regular cycle then day 10 to 20 of the cycle is the most fertile period of the cycle.
If you have unprotected sex activity in this period at least on alternate days, then you stand good chance to get pregnant.

I will also suggest to get good USG done to know about the uterus and ovaries. Mainly ovarian volume and echo texture.
Secondly, after your marriage if you do not get pregnant within 6 months with unprotected sex activity in the fertile period, then please get post menstrual HSG done-Hysterosalpingography, to know about the patency of the fallopian tubes.
And also husband's semen analysis to know about the quality and quantity of the sperms.

I will also recommend to start on Folic acid and vitamin B 12 supplements regularly.
This helps to prevent various complications during conception, pregnancy and delivery.

Also, as you have history of unprotected sex activity previously, please get tested for STDs, get full treatment for the same if needed.
This will be of help in your future sexual life.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
