What Are The Chances Of Deviated Septum Of Nose In A Child Post Injury?

My 14 month old son tripped and fell face first on hard tile....he hit his nose primarily....there was a small streak of blood with the snot that came out of his nose as he cried very hard and swelling of the bridge of his nose. I took him to the pediatrician right away and while tough to examine him because he was fighting her she said she didn't see any blood pooling or a deviated septum. What are the chances these could develop over the next few days and should I have him double checked by an ENT?

Hi...I suggest that you get him evaluated by an ENT surgeon and get nasal X-rays too to be doubly sure about the septal deviation. But if you get it evaluated after the swelling comes down then it will be even more easier and authentic.
