What Are The Chances Of Complication In Pregnancy?

I got married in feb 2011.Daughter born in nov 2011.(Normal Delivery) (2.9 kg)My blood group and Daughter blood group are Same B+.My wife blood group AB-.Anti-D injection not given before or after delivery.Again She got pregnant in during 45th day we have cleared 0n 24/12/13).Using medicine not given any injection after or before clearing.Again now she is prgnant.LMP - 17/10/14.Now suggest me whether there will be any problem for this pregnant,for upcoming child.If yes,how to overcome.If No,tell me what may be other possibilities.Anti-D to be given or not.

hi,since the mother was rh negative and baby rh positive she should have received anti d inj both at the time of your daughter as well as at the time of abortion.yes there are no of risks in the present pregnancy.get her ati d titres done.if above the critical ratio of 1:10 the risks are increased.she will have to be monitored by serial ultrasounds for afi and hydrops.and in case hydrops like picture is seen mca psv color dopplermonitoring and she might require intrauterine transfusions for a successful pregnancy outcome and will have to be managed in a higher centre.all the best take care.
