I was wondering what are the chances of becoming pregnant from precum? Although my boyfriends penis did not enter me, it touched around the opening. I was also taking norethisterone at the time to delay my period. He did not ejaculate. I have come off norethisterone 3 days ago and have not yet had my period. should i be concerned?

Depends on the day of your menstrual cycle also.
As you are on nor ethisterone , you are unlikely to become pregnant.
Stress may also delay your periods.
But to confirm get urine pregnancy test done.
