General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

There is a moderate chance of TB recurrence.
Please consult your doctor to repeat investigations. Your doctor might order blood investigations, Ultrasound abdomen, tissue sample for TB, if there is fluid collection inside peritoneal cavity then fluid can be sent for TB identification.
It is also important to check other sites for TB, like lungs and spine.
Only after confirmation of TB, you may need to start on another round of TB treatment course.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
