5 months ago i had protected sex with a guy.i gave him oral sex but no pre cum was present on his penis.he rubbed his penis on my vagina for about 2 secs until i pulled away and asked what he was doing.he then put on a condom and we had sex.what is my risk of contracing hiv?

First of all try to know the HIV status of the guy. if negative, well and fine. There is no chance at all. If at all found to be positive,nothing to worry, if there is no exchange of secretions.
