What Are The Chances Of HIV Infection After Unprotected Oral Sex?
Hi I had sex with a prostitute in an asian brothel. She provided the condom and she gave oral as she put it on top of my non erect penis. When I was erect, we had vaginal sex for about 30 seconds. She then gave me oral again with the same condom and I ejaculate. I didnt see any sperm go through. She then took of the condom brought a towel and cleaned me off. Is there a high risk for HIV?
Hello Vaginal sex was for 30 seconds and there after it was oral sex . You ejaculated during oral sex . Now note down that during sex oral or vaginal there was condom on the penis , so no direct contact. Although HIV can be isolated typically in low titers from SALIVA ( ORAL SEX) of a small proportion of the infected individuals , there is NO convincing evidence that SALIVA can transmit HIV infection, either through kissing or through the other exposures such as occupationally health care or sex workers. Saliva contains endogenous antiviral factors , so need not to worry . Hope this will help you.
