What Are The Causes Of Upset Stomach, Acidity And Vomiting?

Last night I couldn t sleep my stomach was upset more felt like gas I woke up sore my whole body and weak but my stomach feels worst I ended up throwing up twice the lining of my stomach and keep spitting out cold my body feel hot in the inside but im cold with chills
