Hello,
These are all due to premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and menstruation.
There are several reasons leg pain may occur.
1. Dehydration, mineral deficiency and vitamin deficiency are probable causes of leg pain.
2. It is possible that your uterus and legs share a nerve pathway, in which case pain from uterine contractions could trigger pain in your leg.
3. Endometriosis or dysmenorrhea may be the reason thigh or leg pain is occurring. Endometriosis is a condition where uterine tissue grows elsewhere in the body
Please follow the measures to relieve your leg pain and stiffness
1. Elevate your legs and apply a hot water bottle or a heated pad to the source of the pain.
2. Soak your leg in a hot bath or taking a lengthy shower.
3. Anti-inflammatory and non-steroidal painkillers can ease pain.
4. Eating healthy, drinking plenty of fluids and getting enough sleep each night can avoid most of the symptoms due to Premenstrual syndrome and menstruation.

If pain persists even after this, please do an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis to rule out any endometriosis.

Hope this helps.

Wishing you good health.
