What Are The Causes Of Having Headache, Dizziness, Nausea And Blurred Vision?

i keep getting bad headaches. i get dizzy and nausea and my vision gets blurry. It almost feels like im out of it and cant focus. today i started going pee alot and my throat is getting sore. my lower back has been bothering me too. and at times i cant get my self to eat certain foods. what could be wrong?

It seems from the history that you are having headache, dizziness, nausea and blurred vision.
All these symptoms can be found in cases of primary headaches like migraine.
Dizziness, nausea and blurred vision are seen as prodromal symptoms in most cases of migraine and headache follows.
