What Are The Causes Of Bloating, Cold Feeling In Stomach And Dizziness?

I have a sudden bloated painful feeling in my stomach. A coldness that spreads from my stomach to my back. All colour has been drained from my face. I feel week and dizzy and need to stay curled up in a fetal position breathing deeply to not feel the full impact of it all. I am male, 31, a smoker who has just quit, stopped taking much sugar, I am not over or underweight.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of sudden bloating in abdomen, coldness that spreads from stomach to back, feel weak and dizzy, needs to stay in curled up in fetal position, male/41 smoker who has just quit, stopped taking much sugar.
The history is indicative of an emergency problems and can be due to wither perforation of a viscus or pancreatitis.
Hence I would advise you the following:

Rush to ER/ nearby hospital for getting admitted and needs resuscitation in the form of intravenous fluids, antibiotics and urgently the following:
Clinical evaluation and examination, preferably by a General Surgeon.
X-ray of the abdomen in standing position.
CT scan of the abdomen.
Tests of blood: CBC, urea, creatinine, sugar, liver, kidney and pancreatic functions.
X-ray of the chest.
Once diagnosed, further management will be as per the diagnosis and can be conservative or may need a Surgery to save life.
