What Are The Causes Of ED?

My husband has struggled with ed for several years. I am concerned that it could be an even more serious problem. My father died of prostate cancer, because he just ignored the symptoms. What are some other things that could cause lack of erection and minimal ejaculation if any.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

There are a lot of causes for ED. Minimal ejaculation with ED could be because of obstruction. I will suggest him to visit a nearby physician for PSA blood levels and ultrasonography to rule out such causes.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

Quantity of ejaculation decreases with age.
Prostate is not having any relation with ED.
ED is having many cause mostly psychological.
I would advise you to go for few blood tests like PSA levels and testosterone levels. Lower abdomen USG required to see the texture and size of the prostate.
