What Are The Causes And Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain?

My 15 year old son often wakes up with severe stomach pain. This happens the night after an intense soccer workout. He also has pain sometimes after eating. This has been going on for years and doctors don t know what it is. When he is tired, it is worse. Any thoughts?
