What Are The Causes And Precautions For Recurring UTI?

hello sir...i am mahendran age 25...i got unrinal track infection on 7th december n went to doctor n for cured by his tablets n citralka liquid...n now again after a month again i got the same pain and hence i repeated the dosage and now its ok but y am i getting this infection again?is there any precautionary measures to take for avoiding future infection?pls help me...the pain is not bearable...help me out

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have history of repeated urinary tract infection. You should check your blood sugar level. Because diabetes is one of the most common cause of recurrent urinary tract infection. Drink plenty of water orally. Go for ultrasound kidney, ureter and bladder once to search any obstructive pathology in urinary tract. Then take treatment accordingly.
