What Are The Best Treatment Options For Collecting Duct Carcinoma?
Hello Dr. Ohana, A 56 year old man with collecting duct carcinoma. Surgery was performed two weeks ago. lymph nodes are involved. no distant organ mets. My questions are: do you have any clinical experience with this cancer, and what adjuvant treatment would you consider as first line? 1. MVAC 2. cisplatinum plus gemcitabine 3. Double her2/neu blockade with trastuzumab + Pertuzumab + Gemcitabine (assuming the tumor is strongly her2 positive)

If Lymph nodes involved and HER2+, I suggest Double blockade with HErceptin and Pertuzumab+ any cytotoxic chemotherapy.
