Hello and welcome to HCM,
Dandruff is fungal infection of the scalp.
The management of dandruff is long term.
You need to keep the scalp clean by washing your scalp regularly.
The shampoo should be mild and should have an anti-fungal component in it i.e. an antifungal shampoo.
You can also add an anti-fungal ointment on the scalp to control the dandruff.
You need to follow these measures for long time since, the dandruff may re-appear once the treatment is stopped.

Thanks and take care
