What are the benefits and drawbacks of masturbation?

I wanted to know the pros and cons on masturbation. How it affects my health, I heard stuff about fatigue and that you lose minerals everytime you ejaculate and that drains your energy (I tend to masturbate from 3 or 4 to 7 times a day, the number varies) which brings me to another problem, I have some really bad sleeping habits. I can t sleep at night, don t know if it s for stress or maybe some other problems or may be related to what I discussed earlier.

Masturbation has several advantages. In fact it is a good practice until you get addicted to it or overuse it. Masturbation helps to prevent accummulation of smegma under your glan thus preventing penile carcinoma. It gives your penis a good shape, helps to satisfy your desire before marriage, maintain health of your penis till you do it once or twice a day. But if you do it several times a day then it will give you trouble. Then it will lead to fluid loss from your body, calorie loss which may make you exhausted at times, even there may be pain in the penis. So make it a practice of doing once or twice a day or 4-5 times a week. You should also know that masturbation before marriage is not a perversion but after marriage it is definitely a perversion.
