What are the ayurvedic treatment for diabetes?

Dear friends i had read many perfect comments from you guys in this forum. I am 45 years old person and recently being diagnosed with diabetes. I have heard from many friends that there is some permanent treatment for the diabetes in science called AYURVEDA. I believe that some or the other of you guys would have either used or undergoing the treatment. I wanted to know if there is ayurvedic treatment option available and who will be the best person to guide me in this respect. All the allopathic medications will have many side effects and i believe that the person will die from those side effects only.

ayurvedic treatment is good, it can keep yours sugar levels in control. as the sugar levels are well controlled there is no risk of complications like heart attacks or stroke. ayurvedic medications act slowly but have better and long term feel good effects. i brother is diabetic he is on ayurvedic medications, his after food and before food sugars are normal. if the medications are good there is no harm in going for it. i advice you to go for ayurvedic treatment. even ancient people were usign the ayurvedic treatment with good results.

I donot beleive that there is any ayurvedic treatment to cure diabetes, there is no cure for diabetes. It is only can be controlled. My fathere was a diabetic, he is taking allopathic medications for long time, he doesnot have any problems with it, he is perfeclty fine and normal. tThe allopathic medications do not make you die, it is absolutely rubbish

It is a misconception. Allopathic drugs which are permitted to be used for a long time do not have any side effects. It is only certain drugs which are used in emergencies have side effects. Ayurveda is based mainly on Pathya, i.e Diet and does not show cure to Diabetes. Till date there aren't any promises to cure Diabetes from Ayurveda, but Allopathy can maintain it. So, start on medications and protect yourself from damages.

My one of my uncle had diabetes, slight. The doctor told him to take tablets. He took tablets for one month, later some body told hime about some ayurvedic medications are available to cure. My uncle took those medications for 2 months, now his sugars are completely normal. I think it worked for him.
