Hello doctor.. I am 27 years old female. I am getting married in coming month. I just want to ask several methods of contraception. Actually i dont want to use oral hormones nd i heard that there are great cahnces of failure in case of condoms. So what can be other methods?

Hello, Welcome to HCM There are several available methods of contraception.Newer generation oral contraceptive pills are very best for newly married couples.They are not of any side effects. If you are not willing for this, you can go for IUD's that is intrauterine contraceptive devices like copper T for contraception.
If your periods are regular,safe period technique can be followed. In this try to avoid intercourse from day 9 to day 17 of your menstrual cycles.This period is the most fertile period a far as fertilization is concerned.
