What are the adverse effects of masturbation?

I ve been reading about all these adverse affects as a result of masturbation? What affects are true? I m a 16 year old male if that helps. Some affects I ve heard of: - Memory loss -Lack of concentration -Lower back pain -Erectile dysfunction I know there are more I can t remember any right now. Are there any adverse affects to the habit? Why would a person say, if masturbation DOESN T cause these affects, that they do? Is it an individually-based thing? Thanks for your help.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have some myth regarding ill effects of masturbation.
Masturbation is natural act of a human being to achieve sexual satisfaction in absence of a female partner.

First of all there is myth in a mind of common man that excessive masturbation is the reason of all sexual problems But I would like to state that it has been discussed in many scientific forums all over the world and proved scienificaly that masturbation does not have any negative effect on any organ or system in the body. So remove this myth from your mind and try to allay your anxiety.
