What Are Symptoms Of Progressing Multiple Sclerosis?

I have had Ms since 2005 and recently had solumedoral treatments for 5 days intraveneously. I was dischared4 days ago. The treatments did not help with symptoms that I had with relapse which was numbness and tingliness. Now I have sharp pain on neck and down spine. I have horrible acid reflux. My mei of brain shows no new lesions. A mei of neck and spine id scheduled for this week. I am wondering if Ms is progressing or if I a.m having prednisone withdrawls

Ms usually have PPMS and next level it has RRMS when you have relapse and remitting; Get your Mri done if you have no CNS lesions take symtomatic treatment ; in case you have a new lesion start with interferons - Rebif by merck is so far good with less s/e
