What are some minerals/vitamins that can help loosen up the fats blocking ?

What are some minerals/vitamins that can help loosen up the fats blocking the blood from passing the artery? You know, the Arterosclerosis(i think)... where your artery/ies has fats that blocks the blood from passing through..How to at least lessen the fats on the artery? or are there ways to remove it?

hi,thanks for query.First of all you should target the cause.Means cut down fat in take in diet and do regular exercise that will prevent progression of the disease.Dry fruits taken in small quantity every day helps a day,have habit of having natural fruits in your routine as natural fruits contains essential vitamins and minerals that are useful.Have more of green leafy vegetables.

There are no vitamins/minerals scientifically proven to unclog your arteries. However, if you reduce your LDL ("bad cholesterol") and increase your HDL ("good cholesterol"), you can prevent the blockages from getting worse and leading to a heart attack. To do this, 1. avoid saturated fat. Saturated fat is in animal products, such as butter, beef, and bacon. 2. substitute the saturated fat in your diet with monounsaturated fat. Some foods with monounsaturated fats are olive oil, canola oil, avocados, olives, and pecans. 3. substitute the saturated fat in your diet with polyunsaturated fat. Some foods with polyunsaturated fats are fatty fish like salmon, sunflower seeds, flaxseed, walnuts, whole grains, and sesame oil. Stay away from fish oil supplements because sometimes the mercury in fish can be concentrated in the pills. It's always best to get your nutrients from food. 4. exercise (but if you already have atherosclerosis, speak with a doctor first, exercising can cause stress in your body and trigger a heart attack if your arteries are already clogged).
