Hello, what are small endplate osteophytes, thoracic spondylosis without acute osseous injury, mild superior vertebral endplate compression deformities of T1 and T2, C7demonstrates mild increased density and could indicate a mild superior compression without a discrete fracture seen. Mild bulges at C4, C5, C6, C7. Mild facet degeneration of C2, 3, and 4.Subtle Sclerosis of superior anterior endplate of slight superior compressiondeformity with sclerosis of the superior endplates of T1 and T2 consistent with previously described mild superior vertebral body compression deformities. Marrow signal intensity nonpatheologic. What is spinal canal stenosis, neuroforaminal narrowing, loss of intervertebral disc space, C6-7 Moderate loss of interverterbral disc space, C6-7 moderate sized posterior disc osteophyte complex with mild to moderate left uncovertebral joint hypertrophy and moderate bilateral facet hypertrophy, mild ventral impingement on the spinal cord with moderate to severe left greater that right neurforaminal narrowing. Dear Doctor, These were descriptive words all used in an MRI I had in 2015, the note at the end of it from the radiologist states IMPRESSION: Degenerative Findings-moderate to severe neuroforaminal narrowing, bla, bla, bla, I worked in the medical field moderate to severe was usually bad, do you think I should go to someone else are these diagnosis scary Thanks Angie G 6 years post MVA
