What Are Signs Of Microcephaly And Mental Retardation In Babies?

hi .. i have girl of three and half month now..her head circumference is 38 ., at bith it was 35 after one month also 35 then 37 then 38 at three months and now at three and half month itis same 38- her weight is normal and lengh also normal -- her developmental growth is normal correlated with age - iam afraid of microcephaly and mental retardation

Head circomference of 35 cms at birth is normal.
Normally it grows up to 40 cms at the end of 3 months.
Of course there may be some variation.
I do not think it is microcephaly.
As the development is normal it can not be mental retardation.
