What Are Side Effects Of Dexona 0.5 Mg?

hi, I have some times asthma problems due to alergy of atta .

,sand,etc.heavy cough arises by this alergy.It does not respond to antibiotics.I am taking THIO ASTHALIN twice day upto not cure. I am taking DEXONA 0.5mg when chronic ashma, not regularly.maximum 2 tab in a week.I am not regular patient of ashma.Will this dose of dexona produce side effect?

I am 52 years old.5.3"height.62 kg weight.
