hello
there may be marks or any fluid filled pustules. if so then its suggestive of infection and needs antiboitic/antifungal treatment. you can just use some antifungal cream once a day because it is very minor. if there is no recovery within 2 days then only visit a doc to get oral treatment. but aco to me a cream will suffice. clean it once only in a day. avoid itching. do not apply anything else then the cream.
