What Are Nausea, Muscular Pain And Slight Dizziness Indicative Of?

My daughter away at college: 19 year-old female, feeling nausea, pain in muscles, and also slight dizziness after walking for a brief amount of time. Has not had any strenuous exercise, no alcohol, not taking any medication. No vomiting or diarrhea. What do you think? Thank you.

I really appreciate your concern, it could be some viral infection or it may be due to some nonspecific reason most of the time such symptoms comes around without any medicine and without any danger, but condition need to be kept under observation if this persist then may need blood work and urine examination, hormone change could be the cause hope this information helps.
