Sometimes the blocked ends of the tubes are not tightly blocked and can be opened by a procedure called FTR or fallopian tube recanalisation. In this flexible guides are used or balloons are used to open the ends of the tubes.
If this does not succeed the a tuboplasty surgery may be undertaken. Unfortunately this surgery does not yield good results in blocks at the end of the tube while blocks in the middle of the tubes respond well. So please confirm if the ends are blocked or there is a block in the middle part. Another thing is that the extent of block and possibility of surgery can be decided only during surgery and it is not possible to predict the success beforehand.
I do understand that this does not sound very encouraging, however if the FTR procedure succeeds chances are very good. Also if there is no conception even after the procedure you can always have a baby by in vitro fertilisation [ test tube baby procedure using your own ovum and husbands sperms. ]
