my rt ovary follicle size was 21.3 mm and left was 17.3 mm on day 19th of my cycle. The follicle has ruptured on 20th day of cycle and follicle size is 14.1mm in rt ovary and 14.9 mm in left ovary post rupture. Endometrium is 9.4 mm on 2oth day. Fliud seen in POD. Im not on any treatment but have monitored thru follicular study. Report shows cervical nabothian cyst of 14 mm and tiny fibroid of 7.8 mm on anterior aspect. Both ovaries are normal in size and echotexture. no evidence of ovarian mass seen. Both the adnexa are clear. urinary bladder show no intrinsic or extrinsic pathology. My husbands semen count is around 8-10 million . What is the chance of pregnancy?
