General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The possibility of hormone imbalance is striking issue for absence of menses over a period of months, though possibility of tubal pregnancy or ectopic site pregnancy has to be ruled out with an ultrasound examination of the abdomen & pelvis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
