I am 19 year old, height: 5 feet 6 inches, weight:45 kg. I am overly underweight, and look very skinny . I seriously wanna increase my weight and have tried to follow a strict diet for the same. The results are sluggish (taking days) and as soon as I stop following the diet strictly, my weight reverts back to original weight in a day or two.
Also I like eating eggs, at an average of 4-6 daily, is it execessive to have so many eggs and would they affect my health.
