General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Long standing and hypertension can cause pooling of blood in the lower limb and can cause these symptoms.

It is not related to your routine drugs. If you are symptomatic additional drugs like furemide may be required. Consult a physician and he will direct you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family physician
