What Are Chances Of Pregnancy With One Tube Removed And Other Infected?

i am 33 years old.im married on 2005.In 2008 i do iui but not success.i do IUI but nor success..i done my IVF in 2009 and i get concieve.The same time i had ectopic pragnancy.One side tube was remove. After give birth than only identify that my baby boy got left hypoplastic heart.Dr.Said my other side tube also was got infection. is there any chances to me to get pregnant? Please help me?

There are chances of you getting pregnant again. It depends on the patency of your other tube,if it is functioning well yo can coceive naturally ,but if not you will need IVF for next conception as well.
