Whacked Nose. Has Cut And Swollen Bump. Headache And Pains To Touch. Cure?

hi,
today at laser quest i whacked my nose into a gun on the bridge of my nose it is very swollen big bruise blood from the cut and a big bump.
i cannot touch my nose or anywhere near it and when i tip my head upside down there is a lot of pain and i have had a big head ache sinse
i have put ice on it for about an hour and had lots of water?

Since there is a big bump and pain from the injury, a hematoma formation due to a soft tissue injury or a bone injury is likely. You can get an X-ray done to find out.
