Hi i sometimes ,mostly when im lying in my bed, feel like a weird sensation in my throat like i have something and its moving but not in my whole troath just in a certain part of it so i dont think its a bug or parasite because i always have the same sensation in the same place but im worry because that only happen when i was lying in my bed but the other day i was swimming and when the water was at that level of my troath i felt the sensation. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears that it may be the uvula, a projection, from the rear end of the soft palate. It is a normal projection, but when it is inflamed or infected it becomes larger, it touches the posterior wall of the pharynx, and create viered sensation. If it is still larger it will cause the sensation, and dry cough as well.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T.surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
