My heel has recently began with this weird pulling feeling if a lean too far forward with my feet flat on the ground or if i extend my right leg all the way with my foot pointing upward. It s like a tendon is wrapped around the arch . This happened after I was sitting on my knees and my right leg made a sudden painful POP, and I found that it was incredibly painful to outstretch my leg. I worked my leg to an outstretched position which was also incredibly painful and it popped back into place with minor pain that went away the next day. My leg functions fine now but my heel is become an annoyance. What happened and how can I fix it?
